Ever feel like you are living the same day over and over again. Do you make big to do lists, with the best intentions, but find yourself never completing them. I can totally relate andI I just couldn't seem to get past all of the things I felt were mistakes either. I would relive them my problems and create self imposed limitations. I was always striving for more, never stopping to appreciate the now. Constantly looking for new and different ways to heal myself, but also escape the very thing I had created, " MY LIFE".
I was just so busy all the time, running in some imaginary race I had created. The race to achieve the thing, and earn the next promotion. Heck, I even created my own self imposed success markers when I first became a coach and an entrepreneur. I was recreating the very reasons I left corporate America. Still working 70 to 80 hours per week, listening to other peoples opinions, and letting my self doubt keep me small. I spent a lot of time creating a business and a life I didn't even recognize. I wasted so much money subscribing to this all or nothing mentality. You know for a while even my yoga prqctice was about achieving the perfect pose and reaching some peak in my self healing.
I want to help you skip all of that crazy searching outside yourself for the answers. Let me skip straight to the great part. Over the last 8 years I have compiled journal after journal of knowledge from the most amazing teachers. I'm going to share what I have learned with you here and in our facebook community Sacred Support. I have also created checklist to help you start today where you are and get big results. Let's start with mindset. and mindfulness. I read everything I could get my hands on, I knew that no matter how much I learned, I would only be able to grow and create lasting change if I overcame my old beliefs, reset my nervous system, and rewired my brain for happiness. Mindset is the ability to choose your thoughts, see the negative but decide to stay in it. Listen, we all have fears, doubts, and negative feelings that disguise themselves as facts. Truth is we are reminded of them daily on social media and TV. Just know that once you create a daily routine with your M4 Checklist you will have these positive side effects:
